Using the Diversity Management System

You can update and submit information using the menus, tabs, and hyperlinks in the Diversity Management System.

The hyperlinks display on the Web pages.

There are several methods for completing procedures using the Diversity Management System. When you use the online Help to learn about accessing and updating information, you will be directed to use the menus, where possible, instead of links on the Web pages.

Menus

The menu items display additional submenus when they are clicked once.  Any menu option followed by >> can be clicked to display sub-items.  Click the parent item to close the menu.

Icons

Quick Search - enter a search term and click Go.  The user, vendor, and contract databases will be searched for matches and shown in the display window to the right.

Menu Options

Show All - Click this link to show all menu sub-items.

Hide All - Click this link to hide all menu sub-items.

Tabs

Some tools involve multiple display pages.  To move between these pages, click the tabs at the top of the page.
